Terms of service

These terms govern your use of djproduceracademy.be and the educational services we provide. By using the site or booking a course, you agree to these terms.

  1. 01

    The provider

    The DJ Producer Academy is operated by Christopher De Spiegeleire and Edward Van den Bulck, based in Belgium.

  2. 02

    Bookings

    Bookings are confirmed via email after payment. Cancellations more than 14 days before the start date are refunded in full; within 14 days, 50%; within 48 hours, no refund. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions for force-majeure reasons.

  3. 03

    Pricing

    The DJ programme is €2,900 ex. VAT, a Music Production session is €60/h ex. VAT. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after intake.

  4. 04

    Intellectual property

    All course materials, videos and written content are property of the DJ Producer Academy. You may not redistribute or republish them without written permission.

  5. 05

    Liability

    We are liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence on our part, capped at the amount you paid for the course in question.

  6. 06

    Applicable law

    Belgian law applies. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Antwerp.
